The present warranty is valid for a period of 5 ( five ) years from the date of manufacturing. REWEL warrants, for your benefit alone, that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the quoted period of five years. On duration of this warranty, any damage originating from material and / or manufacturing deficiencies will be repaired at no cost and defect components will be replaced by the manufacturer. Any arising transportation costs will be at the expense of the customer. The limited warranty is null and void if damage to the frame has resulted from accident, abuse, wilful destruction and misapplication. REWEL’s liability does not cover modifications not performed by the manufacturer, acrobatic performances and other improper use. The warranty expires upon manipulation or removal of the serial number. The warranty is limited to the benefit of the direct and first customer of the product. In this sense, any rights originating from this warranty can not be given to succesive owners. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall REWEL or its suppliers, dealers, and distributors be liable for any damages including any special, direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, expenses, lost profits, lost savings, business interruption, lost business, information, or any other damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product even if REWEL has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
